This is a street-side vending machine in northeastern South Korea. We think it is a grossly irresponsible idea to teach anyone to play with an object, in this case a speaker system, that looks like an artillery shell especially when you are within artillery range of North Korea. Although most war casualties are obviously from exploded ordinance, many additional casualties result from people, including children, who handle ordinance that was supposed to explode earlier, but for whatever reasons haven't detonated yet.
